A Little More About Me

I'm Victoria, an experienced and certified Meditation Coach here to help you find your best self through meditation. My path to meditation came from my own desire to heal my emotional and mental suffering. As a person with OCD, anxiety, a history of trauma and eating disorders, and a debilitating chronic illness (Ehlers Danlos Syndrome), I felt buried by my pain every day. I focused on everything external to try and heal my emotional suffering, but nothing helped.

 

Finally, in 2009, I found meditation. Meditation helped free me of feelings of shame and fear, and taught me to tend my emotional wounds with love and compassion. Thanks to meditation, I have a life of gratitude and freedom.

I am dedicated to helping others feel more empowered and fulfilled through meditation. Each and every human being has a beautiful light within themselves, and I can’t wait to help you unlock it.

I am certified as a Meditation Teacher through Meditation Magazine's 200-hour Meditation Teacher Training Program.

I also have certifications in Mindfulness Meditation and RAIN (Recognize, Allow, Investigate, Nurture) Meditation from Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield.

I am currently a student in Eckhart Tolle and Kim Eng's 5-month Becoming a Teacher of Presence program through Eckhart's School of Awakening.

I am a member of two ongoing sanghas (Buddhist spiritual communities): one led by meditation teacher Stan Eisenstein, and one through Cloud Dharma.
